Karate, Kickboxing and Boxing Center offers a premier course on kickboxing.  When you sign up for our Kickboxing program, you will receive the area's BEST instruction in the art of fighting and self-defense.

When you start your training, you will be introduced to the basic techniques of kickboxing which include several different kicking techniques, some of the basic boxing moves (jab, cross, and hook) and several defensive techniques (blocks and footwork).  Advanced techniques will follow your mastery of the basics.

Here are some benefits of our Kickboxing program:

• Helps keep you in top physical shape 
• Helps relieve stress and promote confidence
• Learn how to defend yourself in today's uncertain world

Students who sign up for the Kickboxing program can attend 2 sessions per week (one session for lessons, one for a general workout).  More advanced students are encouraged to attend as many times as they wish.
